Many buyers ask how long a custom ceramic program really takes. Here is the exact timeline we run for most OEM orders.
Week 1 — Artwork & Quotation
Send us your logo, artwork or reference photos. We confirm the decoration method (hand-painted, decal, pad printing or color glazed), sizes and packing, then issue a formal quotation within 24 hours.
Week 2 — Sampling
A pre-production sample is made and photographed for approval. Samples ship by express (DHL/FedEx, 3–7 days).
Week 3–6 — Mass Production
Mould rolling, drying, glazing and decoration, firing. Inline QC checks cover dimensions, glaze surface and color tolerance against the approved sample.
Week 7 — Packing & Shipping
Export-standard packing (Color boxes, premium gift boxes, mail-order packaging with/without EPE foam and drop-test reports, pallet packing or standard bulk export cartons. ) Container loading photos and inspection reports are shared before the vessel sails.
Total: about 45 days from sketch to shelf — and repeat orders are typically 10–15 days faster because mould already exists.
